Meet Jessie

Hi, I'm Jessie, and I believe that movement should be a source of joy and strength in your life – not something that causes pain or intimidation.

With nearly 10 years of experience in fitness and certifications in personal training, yoga, somatic yoga, and mobility, I specialize in helping people over 40 rediscover what their bodies can do. My approach isn't about quick fixes or dramatic transformations. Instead, I focus on something much more powerful: retraining the brain-body connection and building a foundation that will serve you for life.

My Philosophy

Every client journey starts with the basics – core stability, glute activation, and major joint mobility. From there, we progress together from prehab work all the way to strength training, always honoring your individual needs and goals. I understand that fitness isn't a straight line. Some weeks we focus on restoration, other weeks we're lifting weights. That's not just okay – it's exactly how it should be.

What sets me apart is my deep understanding that pain and movement challenges are part of many people's stories, because they've been part of mine too. This personal experience has taught me that the most important thing I can offer isn't just expertise – it's patience, understanding, and the knowledge that where you are right now is exactly where we need to start.

Who I Work With

I'm passionate about working with beginners and people who may have had some fitness experience but aren't athletes. If you're dealing with stiffness, pain, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, you're exactly who I love to work with. My focus is on improving mobility, flexibility, posture, and strength through neuromuscular connection – with weight loss happening naturally in the background, not as the primary focus.
